Goff HydroPulse HP 6 Batch Tumbler
DISA Goff's HydroPulse® equipment is designed with
the end user in mind, offering fast and efficient high production
cleaning. The innovative water wheel introduced a new standard
in aqueous cleaning, and DISA Goff incorporates this design
on many sizes and styles of equipment to meet specific cleaning
needs, including Tables, Spinner Hangers, Continuous and Batch
Tumbler models. To meet your requirements, gas, electric or
steam heating units are available.
HydroPulse®
technology reduces the need for costly chemicals by relying
on water impact and temperature as the primary sources for
cleaning. By reducing the amount of chemcal required, emulsification
is also greatly reduced, allowing solids to settle to the
bottom of the tank where they can be removed by a sludge conveyor
or cyclone separator. Oil and grease are also continuously
removed by an oil skimmer or top water conveyor, prolonging
the life of the washing solution. DISA Goff HydroPulse®
