Reclaim Components

1) Air-Wash Separator/Classifier
Removes contaminants from the abrasive mix and the air-wash classifies the abrasive to maintain a constant size.

2) Blast Tank Assemblies
Prevents abrasive leakage.

3) Elevator
Conveys the abrasive material to the air-wash separator.

4) Abrasive Storage Hopper with Caged Ladder
Provides easy access to the blast tanks for maintenance.

5) Screws
Returns the abrasive to the separator/classification system.

6) Metering Shed Plates
Meters the amount of abrasive being fed into the screw reclaim system.

Reclaim Floor Designs

1) Single Screw Partial Reclaim System
The most economical floor design. Best suited for low to medium production.

2) "H"-Shaped Partial Reclaim System
Reclaims 60-90% of blast media. Best suited for medium to high production.

3) "U"-Shaped Partial Reclaim System
Reclaims 60-90% of blast media. Best suited for medium to high production.

4) Full Floor Reclaim System
A fully automatic abrasive reclaim system. Reclaims 100% of blast media. Best suited for high production.
